Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused perfume bottle in its original box and cellophane wrap, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your return using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
